About Melanie

Hi! My name is Melanie, I'm 24 and I've been nannying professionally six years with previous experience as a babysitter. I first got the childcare bug as a preteen looking after my baby sister as well as family/friends babies. My nanny philosophy is that every child is different with their own unique needs that we as caregivers need to be able to recognize and adapt to. I love consistent yet flexible routines, free open ended play, outside play and story time. I'd describe my personality as calm, nurturing and easygoing.
