About Melanie
Experience: 10 yrs
Hi All! My name is Melanie. Since graduating from undergrad in 2012, I have worked in education and have found so much joy in serving kids. When I lived in Portland, OR, I did AmeriCorps for a year and was placed in a middle school. After that, I was an educational assistant in a dual immersion kindergarten classroom. Once I moved to Los Angeles, I became a preschool teacher at MANN Family Early Childhood Center. I am currently getting my Masters of Social Work. My goal is to be a school social worker. Currently, I am interning at an elementary and high school in LAUSD. As you can see, I enjoy working with all age groups. I hope to hear from you soon, Melanie
