About Melanie

My name is Melanie, & I have been working in childcare for 5 1/2 years. At the current place I work I cook for all of the children ranging from infant-6 years old. Once I have completed their meals for the day I get the opportunity to work in the classrooms. I truly enjoy working with children and look forward to becoming a stay at home parent one day when me and my partner have children. For now I am excited to have other children to have an opportunity to care for! I am CPR/First Aid certified as well as having my Food-handlers card. Over the past five years I have enjoyed finding new fun and healthy ways to cook for children. Before working in childcare I was pursuing becoming a chef. I then realized that family is more important to me. Growing up I volunteered my time several night a week at the church I attended. I would help from ages varying from toddlers to middle schoolers. I have been surrounded by kids my whole life and look forward to getting to know your family!
