I am a certified teacher with my masters in elementary education. I have taught: -pre-school. -ABA instructor. -1st and 3rd grade (public school). -private teacher for a family with 4 children (references available). -reading tutor (public school). -(currently) interventionist at St. Timothy's. I have many years of experience as well as a wealth of knowledge and supplemental materials. I'd describe my personality as respectful, patient, and determined. I like tutoring because I love seeing children who have struggled academically find success! I'm looking for a job that is mutually satisfying, rewarding and respectful. I started tutoring when I went back to teaching after having my 4 children. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and 3 dogs! I love traveling, boating, biking, and READING! One thing you should know about me is that I am very honest about the data I collect working with your child. My skills include decoding, comprehension and writing.
