About Melanie

I spent the last 18 months caring for a 98-99-year-old lady that I dearly loved. It was my honor to serve her in whatever way she needed. Some of the services I provided were meal planning and cooking, laundry, dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, watering plants, feeding birds, grocery shopping and taking her to appointments. We discussed news events, played Wordle, worked jigsaw puzzles and enjoyed identifying birds on her patio. I volunteered at Kansas City Hospice House for approximately 3 years, serving meals and visiting with patients. I can provide references upon request.
