Melaney will take the time to explain what she is about to do and make sure that you are comfortable with the process.Her understanding of her profession, and the intuitive way she relates to her elderly patients is most gratifying. She is also exceptionally compassionate. When I had to have sutures removed, Melaney arrived with photos of locations where I have traveled, When the process started, she pulled up a chair, held my hand and engaged me in active conversation. It took my mind completely off of what was going on. At no time was I made to feel uncomfortable or silly. Having her in my home caring for me was calming and supportive.
