Meghan helps our family with childcare 2 afternoons per week and sometimes other days/times if something comes up and I need last minute help. We have 5 kids between the ages of 5-13 and she's handled them even at their worst. She's been able to keep them occupied and entertained which can be challenging with multiple kids. I've found her respectful of our privacy. She also does a good job of following the guidelines we've set out for the family and checks with us if she's unsure. If you have kids you know they're quick to tell someone mommy will say it's ok!
