About Meghan

I began babysitting over 7 years ago and I discovered the joy of working with children of various ages and having a positive impact in their lives. Working with children has continued to be a passion of mine and I am currently working towards getting a degree in Elementary Education and gaining classroom experience. I am patient, calm, friendly, kind and positive, which helps me to build relationships with both children and parents that are fun, while still respectful. I believe in open communication and regularly updating parents about their child's day. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and respect their guidelines when it comes to enforcing household rules. In spending time with children, I like to include a mix of fun and more meaningful activities. Having 3 siblings and a summer experience nannying gives me good knowledge about lots of games and activities that I loved and use today, including outdoor sports, physical games, board games, puzzles, and crafts!
