About Meghan

Hello! I am a certificated elementary school teacher in San Diego, CA who is on summer break. I graduated from Cal Poly SLO in 2014 where I received a Bachelors in Liberal Studies, a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. In addition to at-home child care/supervision, I am also happy to provide tutoring/learning activities or take the children out to the beach, zoo, etc. I'd describe my personality as organized, caring, and enthusiastic. I like working with kids because they are a joy to be around and I enjoy helping them learn and develop new skills. I started working with kids when I was 18 years old when I worked as a gymnastics and dance instructor. Since then, I have worked as a nanny for many families, tutor, camp counselor, and am currently a certificated elementary school teacher. In my spare time, I like to camp/hike, go to the beach, cook, and read.
