I have owned my own cats since I was a child and I help to take care of my adult daughter's cats when they go out of town. I volunteered for Guiding Eyes for the Blind in their Puppy Raising Program for 2 years. I learned all of the special protocols for raising a Guide Dog and have taken courses in Animal Assisted Therapy. I love all animals.

Meggan is exceptionally patient, kind, responsible and creative. Our daughter, who has developmental delays, took to her instantly and enjoyed the time they spent together after school. Meggan is a great artist and always encouraged our daughter to create and to engage with the world around her. She could be counted on to bring her to play dates and other special activities, and to deal with behavioral issues with patience and good humor. She also provided extra care and feeding for our cats when needed. We'd recommend her without hesitation!
