About Megan

Hello! With 4+ years of childcare experience, I've had the opportunity to work with many different families. I'm a teaching artist here in Portland, and I'm passionate about fostering safe and fun environments for kids to explore their creativity. Cooking is another passion of mine, and I would be very interested in working with a family who has meal prep needs! I grew up in Northern California and finished my BA at UC Santa Cruz in 2024. My partner and I are both students and moved up to Portland to continue our educations. I'm an aunt to 2 nephews (4 years old & 5 months old) and 1 niece (1. 5 years old) and a majority of my childcare experience comes from taking care of all of them since birth.
