Megan worked for us 40hrs/week from September '21-June '22. At the time of hire, our kids were 6mo and 2. She was with us through an unexpected kitchen remodel and surgery on our baby. My company changed my work hours which resulted in us not needing childcare anymore. We still hire Megan for date night/days approximately once a month and she checks our house for us when we're out of town. My daughter asks for Miss Megan almost daily.
