I have around 7 years of childcare experience through a summer camp job (2011 to 2019), a daycare (2020 to 2021), a private nanny position (2021 to 2022), a substitute teaching position (2019 to 2023), and occupational babysitting. I've had experience with children ranging in age from 4 months to 7 years old. As you can imagine through the years I've found plenty of ways to keep the little ones occupied with fun crafts and activities. I also have experience with meal prep, pets, light housekeeping and organizing. I'm a fun, crafty, happy person, and I can't wait to be a helpful addition to your family!

Megan agreed to be interviewed for a recurring sitter position and ultimately was a " no call, no show" for such. Prior to the interview, we confirmed the time, date, and location the day before meeting with her. On the day of the interview Megan never told us that she was not coming or no longer interested. When we arrived to the meeting location, we did not see her so we messaged her and told her that we were there. She ultimately read the message but never replied. We waited for Megan to arrive- we assumed that she was late from running behind or being stuck in traffic. After 10 minutes of waiting we tried to reach out to her via the Care.com messenger to inquire about her arrival. At that point we realized that we could no longer send her a message and it appeared as though she had blocked us. Rather than keeping open communication about no longer being interested, Megan chose to be a no call, no show. I would not recommend any family to hire her due to her poor communication skills. If i could leave 0 stars, I would.
