I'd describe my personality as funny, passionate, and energetic I like tutoring because it allows me to see the "Aha!" lightbulb moments after a child has struggled to grasp a concept. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help my community, while also maintaining a healthy work/life balance. I started tutoring when I was 18 years old and have been doing it on and off for the last 8 years. In my spare time, I like to watch anime, spend time with my daughter, and thrift shop! One thing you should know about me is that I am a talker! I love to share and hear experiences from different families, as I am a new mom with so much to learn. My skills include being able to explain things in creative ways, take work and break it up into manageable chunks, and work through tough feelings children may have regarding schoolwork.
