About Megan

Most people call me by my "nick name", Sunya. I have a background in youth mentorship for the creative arts, including a variety of instruments and art mediums. I play 8 instruments. I have a 2 yo daughter who comes with me everywhere, she is very well behaved, loves cleaning up and is familiar with being around young children and pets. I am familiar with Montessori style learning. I'd describe my personality as patient, observant, flexible, easy going. I like working with kids because I find them inspiring, kids are creative geniuses and I learn so much from them. I let them lead. I'm looking for a job that values my creative skills that add value to my caretaking, appreciates more holistic learning approaches and lifestyle. In my spare time, I like to record new music, make art, and take long hikes in nature. I have cared for children under 1, toddlers, and older. I worked with my last family for over a year until they moved.
