Megan took care of our 4 month old for several months last summer. She was incredible! Four-month olds don't "do" a lot, but Megan would take him on walks and play with him on the floor. She was prompt and totally reliable. She was receptive to instructions, but also was able to establish her own routine with him. It's not easy to leave your 4-month old with someone, but she was so fantastic that it relieved much of the anxiety and I could get back to work. Since our baby entered daycare full time, she has babysat for him and his brother on weekends, and has been equally fantastic. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and am thrilled for any family that gets to work with her.
