During Covid we lost our 2 nannies. Trying to find a replacement was horrendous. I was unable to find someone that was reliable, not glued to their phones, interactive, and most importantly someone that wanted to be around my kids and vice versa. Enter Megan . . . My girls (4 & 8) clicked with her immediately. They formed an amazing bond with Megan. My girls dubbed her “the older sister they never had.” When Megan is away at school she’ll call/text to see how the girls are doing. They LOVE when she makes surprise visits on her college breaks. Now that that my girls are 7 and 11, they look forward to her coming back every summer. She is extremely engaged, reliable, and patient. She was able to be professional and take charge when needed even while I worked from home. She even kept with our household rules. I know that is tough for some but it was never an issue with Megan. She fell right into place here at our home. She is great with open communication. She always kept us in the know of what was going on with the girls every day. The good, the bad, and even the ugly. You won’t even remember how you did it pre-Megan!
