About Megan

I was a director of a childcare and preschool center where I was CPR & First Aid certified every 2 years and continued my child care education during my employment for 6 years. I have had experience reaching children on a level they are comfortable and was able to understand each child's special needs and set goals they were able to meet. When children struggled and acted out I spent extra time and attention to make sure the child knew they were loved, respected and most of all was able to learn and succeed. I also have experience with severe diabetic children, special needs children, including slow development/behavior, ADHD, and extreme autism. I've worked and managed classrooms from infants at 6 weeks old to school Agers up to age 12. I have a passion for caring for all children and I believe it's my calling in life.
