About Megan

I love tutoring because I love helping people understand the beauty of the English language and how to express themselves through writing. I have and Associate's Degree in English and I have 7 years of experience working with both high school and college level students. I can tutor all levels of high school and college English, including, but not limited to, grammar/punctuation/syntax, essay writing, critical thinking, literary analysis, creative writing, essay formatting, etcetera. Further, I have certificates in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint and can help with computer basics. I do prefer tutoring in-person, but am willing to do online tutoring sessions as well. My 7 years of experience include running an entire dual enrollment high school program for a tutorial center at Fresno City College. We helped high school students earn their associate's degree and their high school diploma simultaneously by guiding them and tutoring them in their college courses.
