Megan is everything I was looking for and more! She is engaging with the kids but has clear boundaries and would teach the kids with love. Always asking what she could do and how to deal with situations the way I would like them dealt with. She is very active and attentive and goes over and beyond, bringing crafts and little things for the kids.
