About Megan

Hi there! I am a mom to two small children and I have worked in a variety of early childhood settings for nearly 12 years. I have a bachelor's degree in early childhood development that I completed through both Tyler Junior College and Walden University. I have worked as a preschool aid, ABA therapist for children on the autism spectrum, lead twos and threes teacher at the lab school for TJC's child development program, and most recently, a nanny for two young boys. I have a 3-year-old son and a 1-year-old daughter whom I would prefer accompany me to work, but I am accustomed to caring for multiple children and they are used to sharing the attention and are very social children. I am meticulously neat and organized, and a pretty good cook, if light housework or meals are needed. I believe in providing safe, nurturing environments and activities for children to learn in their natural ways.
