I have been providing childcare and in-home care for adults with disabilities for more than 10 years, and I have been working almost exclusively with elderly clients for the past five years. I took care of my grandparents in their home. While caring for them I managed a team of 7 caregivers to provide them with 24/7 in-home care. I love to do this work because I get the opportunity to help people stay in their homes and provide compassionate care to those facing some of life's most difficult moments. I feel it is a privilege to get to help folks maintain their autonomy.

Megan was instrumental in helping us when my step mom (who was more like a mother) had terminal cancer. We were able to keep her at home which was her utmost wish. Megan was caring, kind, and uplifting and an amazing support. She is born to do this and an absolutely top notch caregiver!!
