Hey there! My name is Megan. I love working with kids; I genuinely think it's the best job in the world and such a meaningful way to contribute to society. I love interacting with kids so that they feel seen and heard. I follow their lead, play their games and let them be themselves. I show them how to set boundaries by modeling them for myself. I love an opportunity to teach and hopefully impart some insight that can be treasured and cultivated into adulthood. Every interaction is a chance to show a child that they matter, that there are people out there who like them and that they are lovable. I am CPR trained and comfortable with child led weaning. I have worked with infants, toddlers, young kids, and teenagers. I am most comfortable working with ages 1-3 as this is where I have the most experience. I have babysat while the parents WFH, at an office during a meeting, or at a busy restaurant the parents owned, in addition to date nights and during holiday parties.

Megan has been caring for our 4 y/o and 1 y/o for over a year. She is by far the most kind, empathetic, and passionate of all the caregivers I've worked with. Immediately after meeting you, you will realize that childcare is her CALLING. She is expert in connecting with children. She is very good at respecting the expectations/rules/boundaries for the children that are set by the parent. Not only getting compliance, but also connecting and helping the child understand why they are important and need to be respected. Our daughters LOVE her, and she will be sorely missed.
