About Megan

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, loyal and because I am an animal person, a little corky! I like working with animals because it's a passion for me. It makes my heart happy. I started working with animals when I was 12 years old. I grew up on a farm and started working with large animals early, then went I to small animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, which was my career for over 18 years. I have worked with small animals, large hoof stock and exotics. I currently work as a zookeeper for a local private zoo! In my spare time, I like to do anything outdoors! One thing you should know about me is that I take pride in my work, the relationships I build and the mother I am. My skills include animal husbandry, veterinary technician and grooming.
