Meaza was our beloved nanny until our youngest was off to preschool. We were introduced by our next door neighbor when we unexpectedly found ourselves in need of a caregiver, and there was an immediate connection with our family. Meaza has such a way with children. There is mutual respect, constant attention and interaction, and safety. We've never once worried while our kids have been in her care. She loves our children as her own, but always respects us, as parents -- there hasn't been any confusion as to 'who's who' with our young daughter. She prepared food for the kids, and occasionally even us, kept a tidy house, and took the kids out for daily outings. She is a mom of three, and is truly a natural caregiver. Meaza has a spotless driving and insurance record, and was never late -- not even by a minute -- or called in sick. She is very flexible with after-hours work, and weekends, too.
