Hi there! My name is Meaghan, and I teach 6th grade ELA. My passions include music (singing and listening), playing tennis, spending time with my pets, and teaching young minds valuable life skills! I have been working with children for over 10 years, babysitting since I was in high school, then earning Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Childhood Education with a focus on Literacy. I love helping kids with their school work and engaging them in enriching learning experiences, so I'd be happy to help however I can. I have experience with children ages 1-16, and I have worked long-term with the same family for about 8 summers, both babysitting and tutoring (even dogsitting!), while also taking some short-term/one-time jobs for other families. I know Meaghan both socially and in a professional setting. She is dedicated to all things she does. She is studying to become a teacher and is about to enter her Senior year of college. She has student taught full classes and worked in groups with students to better their education. She has babysat for children of all ages and been with families for years. Meaghan is very qualified, hard working, and fun as someone to care for children!
