I was a care provider through care.com and needed someone to watch my kids for a vacation - kind of ironic, but care providers also need vacations, too! She was great with my 2 boys. Very engaging and fun. My family is very outdoors-oriented so she went hiking and swimming with them, but was also able to engage them inside with card/boardgames, simple food prep/eating and conversation (my little one is a talker!). My kids always requested she come again.
