About Mckinsey

Nurturing children's growth is a genuine passion of mine. My experience caring for children have solidified this calling. As a graduate student training to be a Marriage & Family Therapist and working as a behavioral technician for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, I have learned to appreciate and learn through others. I'm patient, calm, creative, & imaginative. I emphasize respect and empathy while creating a fun & warm atmosphere. I enjoy playing games, arts/crafts, building, and encouraging imagination while adapting to children's hobbies and interests. I have experience caring for up to two children at a time. I am comfortable caring with and for dogs and cats and have experience caring for both. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules & communication. I am comfortable providing text, phone call, written or preferred method. I look forward to the opportunity to get to know your family & creating a positive impact!
