About Mckenzie

I like caring for children because I understand that the brain is not fully developed and everyday tasks may seem very difficult to littles. I use patience, reassurance, and kindness when dealing with children. I have been caring for children for 6 years and I have experienced many different situations. I stay calm and collected and always think before I act. Throughout my history of being a babysitter I can confidently say that I strive to do fun activities to get the children's brains to work instead of using screens. Main activities I like to do with children: arts and crafts, walking, obstacle courses, forts, sports, swimming, books, outside activities (parks), pretend playing, toys playing. I am proficient in American Sign Language and if approved by parents, I will integrate the language with my communication. I am willing to care for up to 3 children.
