About Mckenna

I have 5+ years of experience nannying and working with kids. In 2022, I was a part-time nanny for a family of 4 kids under 5 years old (8 months-5 years old). In 2018, I was a full-time live-in nanny for two boys, ages 3 and 7. I also volunteered for the kids ministry at church working with mostly kindergarteners. I love kids and am passionate about child development. I would describe myself as a compassionate, fun, encouraging and a responsible nanny. I am very detail-oriented, organized, and punctual. I am known for tidying while I babysit because 1) I enjoy cleaning and 2) I want to serve your family as best as I can. I believe in shame-free discipline and that most children just want to be seen and heard, which is why they act out. So I will always choose to LOVE and be patient.
