About Mckayla

I have spent the last 3-5 years dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children. I hold a college degree in Science of Education and am currently pursuing my Masters in Education. I maintain current CPR training and First Aid certifications. My approach is patient, calm, and creative, ensuring a supportive environment for all children. I am comfortable caring for up to four children and am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and engaging crafts. I enjoy organizing outdoor sports and educational games to promote active learning. I played softball and volleyball all my life but mixed in almost every other sport recreationally. I am very comfortable enforcing your household rules and prioritize clear communication, whether through verbal updates at pickup or your preferred method. I am also very comfortable around pets.
