About Mazzy

I started working with animals at 16 years old when I was hired as a cleaner by a local dog grooming salon. Quickly I connected with the furry friends around me and dogs became my entire life. My passion pushed me to learn how to approach new dogs, brush them, bathe them, trim their nails, and most importantly how to handle and communicate with them safely, effectively, and in a way they can truly connect to and understand. In my spare time, I like to take my own family dog on romps out and about. She's a malinois mix so she always keeps me on my toes, we love running around the backyard, woodland hikes, new tricks, expert-level treat hide and seek, beach days, and just quick jogs around the block. I love spending time with dogs that never lost that puppy energy.
