About Mayssa

I am a junior at Gonzaga University, pursuing a degree in Psychology and Criminology with a minor in economics. As the older sister in my family, I've naturally taken on the role of caregiver for my younger sister, cousins, and children of family friends. I was born and raised in Spokane, so I know the ins and outs of the city. I pride myself on being caring, patient, and understanding. I believe in fostering an environment where kids feel safe. While I enjoy the fun and light-hearted moments, I'm not afraid to gently guide behavior when necessary, always approaching it with understanding and kindness. I love sharing creative moments with the youngsters and connecting with adolescents - I want them to see me not as just a babysitter but as a mentor and friend they can trust. I enjoy cooking but still being mindful of allergies. Safety is my top priority. In cause of emergencies, you can count on me. Communication is important, so I'll keep you updated regularly.
