About Mayra

Hi, I'm Mayra! I've been working with children for about six years and currently work full-time as an Early Intervention Counselor supporting young children and their families. I'm also in graduate school to become a therapist! I absolutely love working with kids and one thing I miss in my current role is getting to spend more one-on-one time with them. I love following their lead in play, getting creative with crafts, reading stories, going outside or even just being someone they feel comfortable around. I'm patient, dependable, attentive and I really value creating the kind of relationship where kids can feel comfortable being themselves and parents can feel confident that their little ones are in good hands.
