My background includes some graduate school, alongside certifications as a Certified Nursing Assistant, with current CPR and First Aid Training. I'm patient, compassionate, and approachable. I build trust with care recipients, adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with empathy. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method.
