About Mayesha

hi! i'm mayesha. i'm a nanny, babysitter, and daycare teacher with experience caring for infants through school-age kids, including children with autism, multiple children at once, and overnight care. i'm currently working toward my early childhood education degree because I genuinely love working with kids. you'll usually find me on my hands and knees right alongside the kids, playing at their level instead of watching from the sidelines. I want to be someone they feel safe with, have fun with, and look forward to seeing every time I come over. i'm very patient and believe in using positive reinforcement, encouragement, and gentle guidance to help children learn and build confidence. when i'm not working, i'm usually spending time with my animals or taking care of my chickens.
