About Maya

Hi! My name is Maya and thank you so much for considering trusting me to help your family. I am known most for my responsibility, loyalty, and playful personality. I believe my biggest superpower is empathy, which often makes children feel heard and quickly at ease as well as the rest of the family. Every child and parent is different and I am here to adapt and make each feel comfortable. I have 8+ years of babysitting experience with a wide variety of families with children ranging from 3 months to 12 years old. Creating a bond and establishing trust with not only the parent but the child(ren) is so important to me and has been what I value most. I grew up in Philadelphia and went to college at Wake Forest in North Carolina. Currently working at Deloitte, I am eager to have another job for after work and on the weekends.
