She was pretty good but she wasn't the perfect fit. She is reliable, punctual, and communicates well. She worked with me for 5 months part time .She needs to pay more attention to details, and you have to reminder her to do things over. But I say for babysitting she is good. For Nanny she needs more experience in being able to take direction. I ended up finding a better fit for our family after she had to resign for school.
