I like working with kids because I have always had the drive and passion to care for people especially children because while caring for them, I can also teach them things and help them mature. She was pretty good but she wasn't the perfect fit. She is reliable, punctual, and communicates well. She worked with me for 5 months part time .She needs to pay more attention to details, and you have to reminder her to do things over. But I say for babysitting she is good. For Nanny she needs more experience in being able to take direction. I ended up finding a better fit for our family after she had to resign for school.
