About Maya

Hi! I'm a senior at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, majoring in Biology with aspirations to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical sciences industry. I have several years of experience working with children, including managing groups of 60 kids under the age of 6 at summer camps and babysitting for neighbors and family friends for over five years. In addition, I currently work as a pharmacy technician and IV technician at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist - Davie Medical Center, where I've been employed for over two years. I'm passionate about building meaningful connections with the children I care for and take pride in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for them to grow
