About Maya

I am currently pursuing my graduate degree in occupational therapy, driven by a deep passion for working with children. Engaging and playing with them brings me immense joy, as I believe these interactions are essential for their development and overall well-being. Over the past three years, I have worked as a behavior technician, where I focused on supporting children diagnosed with autism. Additionally, I spent two years working with neurotypical children, which enhanced my understanding of diverse developmental needs. This experience has not only helped my skills but has also strengthened my commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of all children. As I look toward my future as an occupational therapist, I am eager to continue this rewarding work and help children reach their fullest potential.
