Maya took care of our 2 children (6 and 3 yo) for about one year. She was amazing - we would hire her again in a heartbeat. Our kids loved their days with her, and they have so many fond memories of her. She would really engage with them - bringing them many kids books from her own collection and reading to them, playing, organizing baking and art projects, taking them on park outings and on nature walks to Putah Creek... and in all this, caring for their emotional well-being and "whole child" development. Maya also did a great job engaging the kids in clean-up at the end of the day, and she made sure the house was always put together when we came home... that was such a treat. We feel very grateful to have had her in our family for a year!
