I'm a lifelong learner and I believe one of the best ways to learn is to teach! I'm passionate about helping children succeed and form the same love for learning that I have. I have a B. S. degree in Marine Biology with a psychology minor from UCSD. I am proficient in math, science, technology and computer coding in R. I achieved near perfect scores on the SAT and ACT, and continued to be a straight A student through undergrad. I look forward to pursuing a PhD in Marine Ecology after working in the field for some years. Aside from academic tutoring, I'm happy to give guitar or ukulele lessons to beginner or intermediate musicians. I'm also an intermediate Spanish learner and would be happy to practice with other beginner or intermediate Spanish speakers.
