About Max

Hello! My name is Max. I am trans and use they/them pronouns, and I'm looking for consistent weekly work (20/30 hours) as a nanny. The joy I've received from working with kiddos of all ages and abilities has led me to a wide array of working experiences, including my career as a music therapist, to nannying and home health, and working summer camps and teaching swim lessons. As a caregiver, I enjoy keeping things silly and fun while fostering learning and growth experiences. I am organized, respectful, communicative, and attentive. An important element to my care is encouraging independence and autonomy while providing aid where necessary. My hobbies include hiking, rock climbing, swimming, baking/cooking, and I am always up to provide a day of adventure!
