About Maxine

I'd describe myself as responsible, caring, and assertive. I love working with kids because I know how important strong role models are, and I strive to be that person. I've worked in daycare for 2. 5 years and truly enjoy it! it gives me a sense of purpose. I'm currently a student at VCU, so I'm looking for a flexible position. I began babysitting at 14, taught art classes at Michael's at 16, and volunteered at my former afterschool program, which later became my summer job. In my free time, I play guitar, paint, play video games, and spend time with friends. I prioritize creating a safe, trusting environment and pride myself on being reliable, warm, and engaging with children.
