About Maxine

I am studying elementary education at Carroll College. I have a lot of experience working with children; including counseling summer camps, teaching swimming lessons, teaching in a daycare, babysitting, and more. My mom is a childcare provider, so I have observed her and worked alongside her for years. I love to foster trusting relationships with families. I am CPR certified. I'd describe my personality as kind, calm, and friendly. I like working with kids because I like to be a positive influence in their lives. I live in Helena, MT for the school year. I am only available in the evenings and weekends for babysitting jobs during this time. I would love to work as a nanny for a family in Billings, MT when I come home for the summer in May. My skills include easily establishing repoire with children, following parental guidelines and boundaries, and teaching social emotional skills such as conflict resolution and regulating emotions.
