Dear Hiring Family, Greetings! My name is Maxine, and I bring a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for childcare to your household. Born and raised in the beautiful island of Jamaica, I was instilled with values of respect, love, and discipline that extend to people of all backgrounds, sizes, colors, classes, and statuses. As a devoted Christian and a mother of four wonderful girls, two of whom are my biological children and two are fostered, I understand the importance of nurturing and caring for young lives. My heart has been dedicated to fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. I have a natural affinity for infants, ensuring their well-being by tending to their needs, including feeding, changing, napping, and ensuring their comfort and happiness. For toddlers, I engage in a myriad of enriching activities, from singing and playing games to reading stories and creating art and craft. I am comfortable working with pets.
