About Maureen

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is my primary goal. L, I specialize in Math, English, Science, and Test Preparation. I believe every student possesses unique strengths, and I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. By actively observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my approach using visual aids, hands-on activities, and interactive discussions. When concepts feel challenging, I break them into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to keep momentum high. I prioritize clear communication with parents to ensure we remain a collaborative team. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student finally masters a difficult skill is the most rewarding part of my work. I hold a college degree and am comfortable working alongside your pets. I look forward to helping your child discover the joy of learning.
