About Maureen

I'd describe my personality as energetic and friendly. I have had a passion for helping others for as long as I can remember. I have had numerous house/animal sitting and nanny/babysitting jobs. This passion is what led me to get my Master's in Social Work, counsel foster children, direct a daycare, and adopt my beautiful daughter from Colombia. I have cherished being a stay home mom to my four amazing kids who are all now young adults. While raising my kids I continued caring for other people's children in my home and helping others with pet needs when I was available. I like working with animals because they make me smile. I'm looking for a job where I work taking care of people or animals. I started working with animals when I was a kid. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my kids, walk, hike, and travel. One thing you should know about me is I am dependable and hard working. My skills include being organized, creative, and patient.
