About Maureen

As a childcare provider with seven years of experience, I am passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives. I am patient, creative, and outgoing. I value creating close connections with the children I care for and ensuring they feel safe and comfortable. When communicating with parents, I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow their preferred communication method to ensure they are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I enjoy playing all sorts of games with children, including board games and any home favorites, as well as spending lots of time outdoors and allowing the children to run around and play safely. I additionally have experience with children with special needs, as well as have taken courses in early child development and am currently obtaining my certification in First Aid Training and CPR.
