I have worked with children for the past 5 years of my life. I began by taking a child development class in high school and from the first day I knew I found happiness by caring, helping and teaching children. I began volunteering at the Damascus community recreation center for their after school children's program, club adventure. I made well over 500 community service hours before I applied to become an official staff in 2017. In 2019 I was promoted to become the director for the children's after school program at the Damascus community center where I set up physical activity games, arts and crafts. During these past few year working with children I finally realized my passion and career goals so I am currently studying to become a child psychologist.
